Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Twins have won four games in a row after a 9-3 victory over the Texas Rangers on Thursday at Globe Life Field.
Minnesota jumped on the Rangers early, scoring four runs in the top of the first inning and never trailing the rest of the way. Brooks Lee, Trevor Larnach and Ryan Kreidler each homered in the win.
Joe Ryan earned his fifth win of the season on the mound, striking out seven over five scoreless innings.
The Twins remain in third place in the AL Central at 36-40.
Minnesota continues its road trip tonight in Arizona, where Connor Prielipp gets the start against the Diamondbacks.
