Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The NFL Draft is coming to Minnesota.
The league announced Tuesday that Minneapolis will host the 2028 NFL Draft, with the Minnesota Vikings winning the bid during the NFL owners meeting in Orlando, Florida, according to multiple reports.
U.S. Bank Stadium is expected to serve as the main hub for the event.
The NFL has rotated the draft between host cities since ending its longtime run at Radio City Music Hall in New York more than a decade ago. The 2026 NFL Draft was held in Pittsburgh, and the 2027 Draft is set for Washington, D.C.
