BEMIDJI, Minn. (KFGO) – The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office says the shooting death of a man earlier this month near Bemidji has been ruled a murder.
The victim was 29-year-old Warren Beaulieu of Bemidji. Deputies and a state conservation officer responded to the shooting call on September 5.
