Lake Park, MN – A Lake Park woman was severely hurt in a crash with a semi Tuesday morning.
State troopers say that around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, a semi was heading west on Highway 10 in Lake Park Township, attempting to make a right turn. An SUV, driven by 29-year-old Joanna Shipman, was also heading west behind the semi and the vehicles collided.
Shipman was transported to Sanford Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. The 22-year-old semi driver from Lake Park was not hurt.
