PELICAN RAPIDS (KDLM) – Phoutthasa Prathane, the suspect in a Pelican Rapids shooting who was on the run for several days has been arrested.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says he was arrested in Redwood County following a police chase early, Tuesday, April 12.
Around 2:15 p.m. on Sunday, April 10 the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a shooting in Pelican Rapids. Phoutthasa Prathane, the suspect involved in the shooting fled when officers arrived.
The victim was transported from the scene and is hospitalized and in stable condition. Â Information regarding the circumstances that led up to the shooting have not been released.
