PELICAN RAPIDS (KDLM) – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to help locate a suspect involved in a Pelican Rapids shooting.
Around 2:15 p.m. on Sunday, April 10 the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a shooting in Pelican Rapids. Phoutthasa Prathane, the suspect involved in the shooting had fled when officers arrived.
The victim was transported from the scene with unknown injuries.
Prathane was last seen leaving the area in a 2011 black Toyota Tundra license plate 1092CD – you’re asked to contact the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office or Pelican Rapids Police Department if you have information regarding his whereabouts.
Prathane is believed to be armed and dangerous.
