PELICAN RAPIDS (KFGO/KDLM) – Otter Tail County Sheriff Barry Fitzgibbons says the victim of a Sunday afternoon shooting in Pelican Rapids is hospitalized and in stable condition.
Deputies are still working to track down the suspect, 36-year-old Phouttasa Prathane. Prathane was last seen, Sunday driving a black 2011 Toyota Tundra with Minnesota license plate, 1092CD. The vehicle has a wrap-around brush guard on the front.
Prathane is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Information regarding the circumstances that led up to the shooting have not been released.
