Detroit Lakes , MN (KDLM)- An assault was reported at a residence along Otter Tail County Highway 8. A caller said they had gotten a text message about a fight that happened between four young adults. A 30-year-old male was knocked out, but was awake when Otter Tail County Sheriff’s deputies arrived. The injured person was taken to a hospital, and two people involved say they acted in self-defense. A third person was arrested for DWI.
