Twins Fall to Dodgers in Lopsided Loss at Target Field

Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Twins gave up 17 hits in a 12-3 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers at Target Field.

The Dodgers broke the game open with three runs in the top of the fourth inning, and the Twins trailed the rest of the way.

Victor Caratini and Brooks Lee both homered for Minnesota in the loss. Reliever Austin Voth was charged with his first loss in relief.

The Twins sit in third place in the AL Central at 38-43.

Joe Ryan takes the mound for Minnesota when the two teams meet again tonight.
