SEBEKA (KDLM) – Tri-County Health Care’s Sebeka Clinic will be closing temporarily due to unforeseen staffing issues.
The clinic will be closed Nov. 5-8. The Sebeka Clinic will remain open on Thursday, Nov. 4 with limited services.
Staffing strains have affected hospitals and health systems across the United States; since February 2020, hospital employment has declined by nearly 94,000.
A Tri-County representative has indicated that the temporary closure of the Sebeka clinic was due to a staff member who had an abrupt family emergency and had to take some leave time and not because of the labor shortage issues affecting many health systems across the country.
