State Officials also state that federal authorities were sharing evidence in July, but they have not been since. Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty believes the federal government continues to withhold evidence related to both shootings and she criticized a federal motion to dismiss, which comes with the impression federal officials are trying to obstruct the state investigations.
