Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Timberwolves dropped to Oklahoma City on Sunday night, falling to the Thunder 116-103 at Paycom Center. The loss was largely decided in the second half, where Minnesota was outscored 69-50 as Oklahoma City pulled away for good.

Julius Randle led the Wolves in scoring with 32 points, but it wasn’t enough to overcome a dominant Thunder performance. Anthony Edwards added 19 points in the losing effort.

With the loss, Minnesota sits tied for fifth place in the Western Conference with a 41-27 record. The Timberwolves will look to bounce back quickly, as they return home tomorrow night to host the Phoenix Suns.
