Lake Park, MN – One man was hurt in a three-vehicle crash in Lake Park Saturday afternoon.
State Troopers say an SUV was heading east on Highway 10 near 2nd Street, followed by a pickup and a sedan, around 4:38 p.m., when the sedan rear-ended the pickup, resulting in a collision with the SUV.
The driver of the sedan, 18-year-old William Thompson of Detroit Lakes, was brought to Essentia Health St. Mary’s for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. No one in the other two cars were hurt.
Troopers say the road was dry at the time of the accident. The State Patrol was assisted by the Becker County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Park Fire and Rescue, and St. Mary’s Ambulance.
