Detroit Lakes , MN (KDLM) – West Central Initiative is seeking candidates for its Board of Directors.
In a June 2 news release, the nonprofit community foundation and economic development organization said board members are volunteers and an applicant should expect 3-8 hours of work per month is needed to be a successful board member.
West Central Initiative has an 8-county area of operations, which includes Clay, Becker and Otter Tail Counties.
Interested applicants and those wishing to nominate someone should visit the West Central Initiative website for more information.
The application deadline for the board openings is Friday, June 23.
