MAPELTON, ND (KDLM) – A Detroit Lakes resident was arrested in North Dakota for burglary.
A Cass County, ND Deputy was patrolling west of Mapleton, ND on Wednesday, Dec. 1 and observed suspicious activity on a property just off of County Rd. 10. The deputy made contact with the individual and later determined that 34 year-old, Tina Retz of Detroit Lakes was in the process of burglarizing the property.
A search of Retz’ vehicle resulted in drug paraphernalia and a concealed weapon being located. Retz is being held at the Cass County Jail and has been charged with burglary, carrying a concealed weapon, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
