PERHAM (KDLM) – A man is in the hospital after being struck by a pickup walking along Highway 10 near Perham.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 25-year-old Giovanni Winters of Illinois was walking along the highway just after midnight on Friday, July 23 when he was hit.
Winters was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. He was taken to a Fargo hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
