Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Vikings are getting healthier as they try to stay unbeaten.
The team announced running back Jordan Mason has been designated to return from injured reserve and will be back at practice this week. Mason has been out since having surgery on a hand injury he suffered in the season opener.
The designation opens a 21-day window for the Vikings to add Mason back to the active roster. He can practice with the team during that time without counting against the roster limit.
Minnesota is 5-0 and hosts the Indianapolis Colts Sunday, October 25th, at U.S. Bank Stadium.
