Frazee Turkey Days Underway This Weekend

Frazee’s 72nd annual Turkey Days celebration is underway, with events continuing through the weekend.

Co-chair Jane Anderson says she and longtime friend Jody Davidson are organizing the festival together for the first time. She says the celebration brings together the entire community and offers something for all ages. They’re excited to welcome everyone to enjoy the wide variety of activities planned.

Highlights include the 5K Turkey Trot, the Miss Frazee and Teen Pageant, a flower show, and the Turkey Days Parade. There will be a street fair with food and craft vendors, live music, and Saturday night’s street dance with 32 Below. A complete schedule of events is available on the Frazee Community Club website.

Organizers invite residents and visitors alike to come out and celebrate one of Frazee’s longest-running community traditions.
