Detroit Lakes , MN (KDLM) – Chris Gotterup is looking to become the first back-to-back champion of the Genesis Scottish Open when the tournament tees off this week at the Renaissance Club.
Gotterup won last year’s title by two strokes, and he arrives in Scotland fresh off a victory at the John Deere Classic. The 26-year-old will be grouped with Rory McIlroy and Robert MacIntyre for the first two rounds.
Also teeing off in round one are Mac Meissner, Ryggs Johnston and Frederic LaCroix.
