Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Wild picked up their first win of the Western Conference Semifinals with a 5-1 victory over the Colorado Avalanche at Grand Casino Arena on Saturday.
The Wild scored the first three goals of the game and led the rest of the way. Kirill Kaprizov, Quinn Hughes, Ryan Hartman, Brock Faber, and Matt Boldy all lit the lamp in the victory.
Minnesota trails Colorado 2-1 in the best-of-seven set. Game Four is in St. Paul tonight.
