Essentia Health St. Mary’s–Detroit Lakes is welcoming Anders Braaten, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner specializing in emergency medicine. He earned his degree from the College of St. Scholastica and is certified by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses.
Braaten says he was attracted to Essentia because of its close, collaborative culture among practitioners.
He also says he enjoys the fast-paced and challenging environment of emergency medicine, along with the wide variety of conditions treated in that setting.
