Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – Taj Bradley struck out 10 and held Detroit to one run on six hits as the Minnesota Twins defeated the Tigers 4-2 at Target Field.
Bradley earned his second win of the season, outdueling Tigers ace Tarik Skubal in a pitching matchup that tilted Minnesota’s way in the middle innings.
The Twins broke through with a four-run fifth inning. Luke Keaschall, Ryan Jeffers and Josh Bell each drove in runs during the rally, providing all the offense Bradley would need.
Minnesota improved to 5-6 on the season. Bailey Ober is scheduled to start for the Twins in the series finale against Detroit tonight.
