Wild Look to Extend Winning Streak Against Kraken

By Jake Judd Apr 7, 2026 | 7:43 AM

Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – The Minnesota Wild will host the Seattle Kraken tonight at Grand Casino Arena, looking to pick up their fourth consecutive victory.

Minnesota enters the matchup riding a three-game winning streak that includes road wins over the Ottawa Senators and Detroit Red Wings and a home victory over the Vancouver Canucks. The Wild topped Detroit 5-4 on Sunday in their most recent outing.

At 44-21, Minnesota holds third place in the Central Division with 100 points, trailing division leader Colorado and second-place Dallas. The Wild have already clinched a playoff spot.

Seattle, meanwhile, sits sixth in the Pacific Division at 32-33, well outside the playoff picture at 13th in the Western Conference.

Oddsmakers favor the Wild, who carry a roughly 69 percent win probability heading into the contest. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m. CDT.

Minnesota will hit the road later this week for games at Dallas on Thursday and Nashville on Saturday.
