
Dent, MN – Firefighters from Dent and surrounding communities took on a barn fire in rural Dent Monday, March 30.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a barn fire at around 6:45 p.m. Monday. The Dent, Vergas, and Perham fire departments responded and extinguished the fire.
Deputies say the fire started in the upper hay loft, causing moderate damage. There were no animals lost and no injuries during the incident.
The fire is under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, but is believed to be non-suspicious in nature.
