A portion of Washington Avenue in downtown Detroit Lakes will be temporarily closed this Wednesday, October 15th.
City officials say Washington Avenue, from Holmes Street to Front Street, will be closed from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m., along with the alley directly behind the new Manna Coop building.
The closure is needed to allow crews to move refrigeration equipment to the new facility.
Drivers are asked to plan ahead and avoid the area during that time. Traffic will reopen once the work is complete.
