A 24-year-old man from Underwood has been sentenced for possessing large amounts of illegal drugs following a traffic stop in Fergus Falls.
Zachary Seaburg was arrested last September after Minnesota State Troopers pulled him over and discovered a black bag in his vehicle containing 264 grams of methamphetamine, 24 grams of cocaine, and suspected fentanyl. Court documents also say there were needles and a baggie of M30 fentanyl pills found in the car’s center console.
Seaburg pleaded guilty to 1st Degree Drug Possession in February as part of a plea deal with Otter Tail County prosecutors. He was sentenced on Monday (March 31) to 65 months at the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud.
