Becker County Seasonal Road Restrictions Begin March 7

Effective Friday, March 7, 2025, at 12:01 a.m., Becker County will implement seasonal road restrictions on all county highways, in line with Minnesota Statute 169.87. These measures are essential to protect our roads during the spring thaw when they’re most vulnerable to damage.
Weight restriction signs will be posted, and authorities will patrol to ensure compliance. These restrictions will remain until conditions improve and the signs are removed by county officials. In cases where pavement shows signs of failure, further reductions in gross axle weight limits may be imposed.
