Wadena Man Fails to Register Address as a Predatory Offender

Bj Dean Englund, 40, is charged with felony failure to register as a predatory offender. Arrested in Callaway in September, Englund was found to be out of compliance after leaving his registered Wadena address and failing to register a new location.
Released without bail under strict conditions, including attending the Teen Challenge chemical dependency program, Englund faces sentencing on February 21. Non-compliance could result in further legal action.
