Students at Detroit Lakes High School recently hit the lanes for a Unified Bowling event sponsored by Special Olympics Minnesota. The event brought together 25 Unified PE students and Lakers Unite Club members for a day filled with strikes, spares, and smiles.
More importantly, the event fostered inclusion, unity, and leadership within the school community. Students demonstrated the power of teamwork and showed how supporting one another can make a lasting impact.
A big shoutout to everyone who participated and made this event possible, continuing to build a culture of inclusivity at DLHS.
