Four men have been arrested, and a warrant has been issued for a fifth, following a drug trafficking investigation that started in Wadena County and ended in St. Paul.
Authorities seized 25 pounds of meth, 3 pounds of cocaine, and 2.5 pounds of heroin, with an estimated street value of over $1 million.
Those arrested include Bill Rude, 62, and Robert Anderson, 38, both of Wadena; Aaron Heifort, 28, of Clitherall; and Carlos Valdovinos-Trejo, 27, of St. Paul.
A federal warrant is out for Jesus Valdovinos, 41, of St. Paul.
The investigation was conducted by the Wadena County Sheriff’s Office, West Central Drug Task Force, Minnesota BCA, and DEA, with federal charges filed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
