The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in identifying a man linked to a series of vehicle break-ins in Perham and nearby rural areas. Officials are also reminding residents to lock their vehicles and homes as a precaution.
If you have security cameras and notice suspicious activity, city residents are urged to contact the Perham Police Department at 218-346-4452. Rural residents can report any findings to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office at 218-998-8555.
