**Amber Alert: Urgent Search for Missing Woman and Children Near Brainerd**
Authorities have issued an Amber Alert for a pregnant woman and her four children, abducted early this morning from a residence northeast of Brainerd. Around 1:50 a.m., 33-year-old Nikkole Dobson and her children—Brandon, 14; Haley, 11; Gracie, 7; and Chloe, 3—were reportedly taken at gunpoint by her boyfriend, Chad Aanerud. Aanerud, 35, arrived at a home on Loerch Road, where he allegedly fired a rifle into the ceiling before forcing Dobson and her children to leave with him.
Aanerud is also suspected in the fatal shooting of a man at a nearby location and in the arson of a home on that property. He was last seen driving a white 2017 Chrysler Pacifica minivan with Minnesota license plate AEC 351.
Aanerud is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, 185 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. If you see Aanerud, do not approach—please call 911 immediately.
