The Detroit Lakes Area League of Women Voters will be hosting a 5:30 p.m. forum featuring 2024 candidates for the Detroit Lakes City Council and Becker County Board of Commissioners. The forum will take place in the conference center (Room C101) at Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Detroit Lakes, with the city candidates speaking first, followed by the county forum. Come meet all the candidates and hear their responses to questions regarding current government issues. Free and open to the public.
