Spencer George Eliasson, 19, of Detroit Lakes, has been charged with felony third-degree assault in Becker County District Court. The charges stem from an incident on December 3, 2023, when police responded to an assault report at an apartment building. The victim, who sustained a nasal bone fracture, reported being kicked and punched by Eliasson and another individual, Austin Westa King. Eliasson was released without bail on July 11 and is scheduled for his next court appearance on August 26 before District Judge Gretchen Thilmony.
