According to Jon Pratt at Apex Engineering, progress continues on the West Downtown project. Holmes Street is now substantially complete and open to traffic. Work is ongoing on Frazee Street between Oak Grove Avenue and Lake Avenue. Starting July 29, Frazee Street from Oak Grove Avenue to Washington Avenue will be closed, with work expected to continue into late August. The closures include intersections at Summit Avenue, Minnesota Avenue, and Lake Avenue. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes.
