Mall of America officials have announced the implementation of new facial recognition technology in their security systems. The Corsight system will be used to detect persons of interest suspected of trespassing, individuals posing a threat, and endangered or missing persons. If an individual is not identified as a match, no data will be stored, and no information on a non-person of interest will be retained
