Tonight, the Detroit Lakes City Council will address several key issues in their regular meeting. Discussions will include public hearings on the 2024 Downtown Street and Utility Improvement Project, the Hwy 10 E Water and Sewer Extension Project, and the annexation of 78.67 acres on 270th Avenue. The Council will also consider approvals for a purchase agreement on Union St, a preliminary plat for Grover Subdivision, and a conditional use permit for a new 36-unit development.
