In Dalton, MN, the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended an attempted homicide suspect after an extensive search. Initially, authorities issued a shelter-in-place order, warning residents to look out for a short Hispanic male with a teardrop tattoo near his left eye, considered armed and dangerous. Despite foot patrols, K-9 units, and aerial searches, the suspect wasn’t located immediately, leading to the shelter-in-place being lifted with a call for vigilance.
