MNN –  Two men have been charged with burglary for stealing over $10,000 worth of copper from a rural Minnesota business. The suspects posed as AT&T phone technicians to carry out the theft at Fallsnet. This incident comes just after a new state law was passed, requiring a license to sell copper, aimed at curbing theft and the underground copper market.
