There were flowers, health experts, financial experts, Senior Living specialists and over 200 folks who attended the Celebrating Aging Expo at the Holiday Inn in Detroit Lakes yesterday. They came in the rain, on buses and stayed for Bingo and the feedback from folks who celebrated the event was overwhelmingly positive. Amie Issendorf, the event organizer and media consultant told us “Thank you to all that helped at our Celebrate Aging Expo today. We served, we connected and we celebrated our community today! Lots of positive feedback from everyone…sponsors, vendors and attendees!” It was a wonderful day to learn, win and make new friends.
