In a heartbreaking turn of events, Moorhead Police Officers responded to a medical assist call early Monday morning. Tragically, a young boy from the 1500 block of Belsly Boulevard was rushed to Sanford Hospital but later succumbed to his condition. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is now aiding the Moorhead Police Department, with their Crime Scene Team meticulously processing the apartment. The boy’s body will be transferred to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy. Thankfully, there is no known threat to the public. However, the investigation is ongoing, and authorities are withholding further information at this time.
