Faribault, MN- A Minnesota woman jailed in Iowa is now charged with the second-degree murder of the man she was living with in Faribault (FAIR’-uh-boh). The Rice County Attorney’s Office is charging 32-year-old Arlene Bell of Bemidji in the stabbing death of 76-year-old Gary Lehmeyer. Bell was arrested driving Lehmeyer’s car in Dallas County, Iowa before he was found dead in his home February 5th and was under the influence of meth and alcohol.
