ST. PAUL — The Otto Bremer Trust awarded $14.32 million in grants and program-related investments in December 2023 and January 2024. Perham’s Empowering Kids was one of the organizations awarded. They received $45,000 for general operations to provide therapeutic, recreational and learning opportunities for neurodivergent youth.
