The outage that began on Thursday, Feb. 1, has impacted everything from internet access to printing services on campus. On Tuesday, Feb. 6, Wi-Fi access was still unavailable on campus. While some services have gradually been restored since MSUM first announced the campus-wide network issues, only hardwired internet access is available on campus. That means students laptops and phones can’t get Wi-Fi without using hotspots or using cellular data. MSUM has hired a third-party partner to investigate the cause and impacts of the nearly week-long outage.
