An Otter Tail County inmate who failed to return to a county detention center after being released on a court order to attend a funeral on Friday has been found.
Jesse James Bommersbach was found in Whapeton, ND with the help of an electronic locator.
He had been in custody for a parole violation on a 3rd degree assault charge.
