Fergus Falls, Minn. (KBRF) – In an display of community generosity, the Fergus Falls Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Fundraiser is approaching 90% of its goal, with approximately $90,000 raised so far, thanks to the support of donors and bell ringers throughout Otter Tail County.
The campaign witnessed an outpouring of support, and the amount raised significantly increased since December 16th, having raised $59,268.53 at that time, according to a Fergus Falls Salvation Army social media post.
As the fundraiser enters its final week, organizers said they are incredibly grateful for the community’s contributions thus far and call for additional support to reach the set goal of $96,000.
While the final numbers are not yet available, there is still time to contribute to the Red Kettle Fundraiser.
Residents are encouraged to make donations before the campaign concludes.
