Detroit Lakes, Minn. (KDLM) – A Princeton woman was killed after she was struck by a vehicle on Highway 18 in Crow Wing County on Saturday evening.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, on Dec. 23 at 7:05 p.m., a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt, driven by 49-year-old Roland Dale Aasen of Zimmerman, Minn., was westbound on Highway 18, near County Road 10 in Garrison Township, when he struck a pedestrian, 30-year-old Paige Marie Dahler of Princeton, who was walking near the roadway.
Dahler was pronounced dead at the scene.
The state patrol stated road conditions were wet at the time of the incident.
