OTTER TAIL COUNTY (KDLM) – An Otter Tail County man is on the run after failing to return to the county detention center after being released on a court order to attend a funeral, Friday.
Jesse James Bommersbach was being held for a parole violation on a 3rd degree assault charge.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office asks that if you know where he is to call them at 218-998-8555.
