Yup, you read that right. 10-minute roast beef dippers, start to finish. The perfect meal for when you need a quick supper on the table that the family will all love. And it’s super easy.
The kids fought us hard on these sandwiches, especially the part where they had to make their toasty hoagie roll “soggy” by dipping in the au jus gravy, but once they finally tried it they each ate two of them. This recipe does use an air frier. If you don’t have one yet, here’s your sign to get one. Otherwise, broiling the hoagies in the oven will do just fine.
Ingredients
- 1 package Au Jus Gravy
- 1/2 pound of sliced deli roast beef
- butter
- garlic powder
- hoagie rolls
- provolone cheese
Prepare the Au Jus according to the directions on the package. Once boiling, add the sliced roast beef. Reduce to a simmer.
Butter your hoagie rolls, and sprinkle them with garlic powder. Put in the air fryer at 400 degrees for three minutes. Add three slices of provolone cheese and air fry for another three minutes. Add roast beef, and use au jus for dipping.
