ELBOW LAKE (KDLM) – Highway 55/59 between Elbow Lake and Barrett reopened, Monday.
Crews finished up paving and shouldering over the last few weeks and installed temporary striping for winter. Crews will return next spring to do final striping when temperatures warm up.
MnDOT says motorists should expect to encounter occasional lane closures and shoulder closures as crews finish up final touches in the next few weeks.
